The shell has the flowing organic shape similar to a fiberglass chair of the 1950s, though, in this design, the designer has used a polyurethane foam that fits perfectly to the body, offering a pleasant softness with the utmost comfort.
The Step Armchair was designed by Massive Design, an award-winning studio that has done numerous product designs for Fortune 500 companies. The Step Chair was Interior Design Magazine's Best of the Year Honoree in 2013.
Made in Italy by Tonon.

Materials: Wood base in oak or black walnut. Leg shape either round or square. Steel inner structure with skin injected foam "soft touch" polyurethane shell upholstered with fabric or leather.
