Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging with all protective materials, manuals, and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Documentation

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the shipping label and send the package via a traceable carrier; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
