The Step Armchair / Soft Touch by Tonon is a reinterpretation of a classic modern classic styled chair. The shell has the flowing organic shape similar to a fiberglass chair of the 1950s, though, in this design, the designer has used a polyurethane foam that fits perfectly to the body, offering a pleasant softness with the utmost comfort.
The Step Armchair was designed by Massive Design, an award-winning studio that has done numerous product designs for Fortune 500 companies. The Step Chair was Interior Design Magazine's Best of the Year Honoree in 2013.
Made in Italy by Tonon.
Dimensions: H 34" D 21 1/4" W 23" SH 18 1/2" ArH 26"
Materials: Metal base with polished chrome, matte chrome or lacquered finish. Optional swivel with no memory return or swivel with memory return. Steel inner structure with skin injected foam "soft touch" polyurethane shell.
