Created in 1954 - 1957, the majestic Saarinen Table embodies the theory behind one of the 20th century's great architects. Constructed of cast aluminum, the table flows from top to bottom and from side to side in a fluid exchange of lines.
The Saarinen Table and Pedestal Series have remained immune to the fluctuations of fashion over the past 60 years. The harmony presented by the Saarinen Table is a balance of modern classic experimentation and stability.
The Large Saarinen Table shown here is a favorite as it can be used in a variety of spaces, but is most commonly used as a dining or conference table. This Saarinen table features a durable lacquered cast aluminum base available in white, black, or silver. The Saarinen Table base is treated with a clear protective finish to resist scratches, stains, and scuffs. Stone tops are protected with a natural wax finish.
