Eero Saarinen was one of the most prolific and creative industrial designers of the 20th century. He moved beyond traditional design boundaries by using new techniques and materials that had not been used before. With this unique ability, Saarinen was able to break from early modernism and create his own style.
Our Saarinen Tables are a masterful reproduction of the original Saarinen table. Close attention is paid to the workmanship of the edge and top of the stone and the geometries of the tulip base creating a modern classic meant to last for years. The Saarinen Tulip Table base is available in matte white, glossy white, matte black, or glossy black, as well as matte silver. The Saarinen Table top is available in a variety of stones and laminates, including the ever-popular white Carrara and black Marquina. The Saarinen Table base is treated with a clear protective finish to resist scratches, stains, and scuffs. Saarinen Table stone tops are protected with a natural wax finish.
